Return and Refund Policy

Alivia Home Delivery Pharmacy will accept the return of pharmaceutical products under the following conditions:

1. The medication processed and dispensed by the pharmacy is incorrect.

2. The medication packaging was damaged during the delivery process.

If either of these conditions occur, the patient or their authorized representative must contact Alivia Home Delivery Pharmacy within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. The pharmacy will send a courier within two (2) business days after notification to collect the medication. Once the medication has been inspected and a decision is made, the pharmacy will contact the patient or authorized representative to inform them of the decision or process the corresponding refund.

If the return is approved, the pharmacy will reverse the billing to the health insurance plan and issue a full refund of the copay or deductible paid by the patient to the credit card used for the original payment.

If the patient or their representative has not received the ordered medications after two (2) failed delivery attempts, the pharmacy will attempt to arrange an alternative delivery method with the patient or representative within a maximum period of ten (10) days from the billing date to the health insurance plan. If no alternative delivery is agreed upon within this time frame, the pharmacy will reverse the billing to the health insurance plan and issue a full refund of the copay or deductible paid by the patient to the credit card used for the original payment.

A refund check will be mailed to the patient within five (5) days of the approved refund.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express​

 

If the refund is approved before 3 PM on the day of the original charge, the charge will be canceled and refunded to the same credit card used for the purchase. The refund will be processed on the same day as the original charge.

If the refund is approved after 3 PM on the day of the original charge, a refund check will be mailed to the patient within five (5) days of the approved refund.
